What are the advantages of a subscription?
If you buy the same product regularly, you don't have to reorder every time you run out. We automatically generate a new order for you based on your input and send it out one week before your stocks run out.

With a subscription order, you get a lower product price compared to an individual one! The respective price advantage will be announced to you directly in the pricing information.

How often do I get a delivery?
The delivery interval is suggested to you based on the application recommendation of the respective product. You are also welcome to change the interval individually. All you need to do is contact us. A new pack of your selected product will be sent to you a week before the due date. Of course, you will receive an email about the next upcoming subscription delivery.

How long am I obliged to take delivery? Can I also change my subscription?
The subscription can be cancelled at any time by email. A quick message is enough and you can change or discontinue your subscription.

Can I also change my delivery address?
To do this, please simply contact our customer service. We are happy to update your data.

How can I pay for my subscription orders?
You can pay via credit card, Klarna, and cash on delivery (Attention: the cash on delivery fees apply to every delivery).
